Lisa M. Seiser

CEO/President

(Owner - Quality Assured Grant Consulting)

   Lisa is a co-founder of the Umenty Foundation and has played a pivotal role in its development since its inception. With extensive experience in grant writing, she has successfully secured funding for numerous organizations, demonstrating her exceptional ability to articulate the mission and goals of various organizations. Her deep understanding of nonprofit management and development, combined with a passion for community service, positions her as an ideal leader for Umenty. Through her efforts, she has fostered partnerships and cultivated relationships that have significantly advanced the foundation's initiatives and impact. Her deep passion for nurturing the potential of children and youth, along with her strong commitment to their well-being, aligns perfectly with Umenty's mission and vision to enhance their welfare.

Robert Christmas

Board Member/Treasurer

(COO - Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center

   Robert is the Chief Operating Officer of the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center and the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute, managing operations and strategic planning within a 150,000 sq ft biotech hub for over 50 companies. With over 20 years in financial services and operational leadership, he integrates science, business, and education to promote growth in the life sciences sector. He has been instrumental in building public-private partnerships. He is also a strong advocate for youth and STEM education, having launched nighttime programs at the Blumberg Institute for high school and middle school students, covering topics like artificial intelligence and laboratory science. Additionally, he founded the Life Sciences Affinity Group at the Union League of Philadelphia, connecting leaders in biotech, pharma, and healthcare innovation. Through these initiatives, he is dedicated to nurturing talent and advancing progress.

Jennifer Herman

Board Member/Secretary

(Co-Owner - 2 Gals Document Preparation)

   Jenn is a passionate advocate for education, mental health, and equal access to justice. Having been in therapy since the age of 12, she understands first-hand how life-changing it can be. This experience has motivated her to believe that it is essential for everyone to have access to mental health services. As an independent paralegal since 2001, Jenn also has focused on assisting those who cannot afford attorneys. Despite holding three college degrees, Jenn often reflects on her therapy journey, which has shown her the importance of prioritizing mental health. As a mother, she is deeply committed to ensuring that children have easy access to mental health services. Jenn believes in kindness, accessibility, and making the world a better place every day. For these reasons, she is dedicated to and honored to serve Umenty's mission and vision.

Chief Education and Support Consultant

   Dr. Duke has built an impressive career as an educator, strategist, and mentor. With multiple degrees, he is known for his dynamic approach to personal and professional development, helping individuals and organizations overcome adversity to achieve goals. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and advocate for resilience, leadership and transformative growth. With the Umenty Foundation, Dr. Duke is at the forefront of a disruptive technology initiative aimed at breaking barriers and expanding 24/7 mental health accss, ensuring support is available. 

Brad Watts

Mental Health Advocate/Risk Management Consultant
(VP at Conner Strong & Buckelew)

   Brad is a passionate patient advocate, supporting in that role various nonprofits including the Emily Whitehead Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This followed his cancer diagnosis in 2017 in which for 4 years he underwent multiple regimens of chemotherapy, radiation, and autologous stem cell transplant, immunotherapy, CAR-T Therapy, and excision of malignant nodes. During his experience, he learned the importance of mental health and is ready to help teens with their wellbeing.  

Kfir Eyal

Platform Consultant (Founder/COO of Gracey Care and ex-SVP & GM BetterHelp (NYSE:TDOC)

   Kfir is an accomplished healthcare, sales and business development executive with more than 25 years of experience in creating new business lines and driving growth. With demonstrated expertise and proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, product vision, and team leadership, he has the platform understanding commitment to vision, and dedication to assist Umenty Foundation in reaching its goals and mission to support the mental health of teens across the country.

Andrew D. Morton, M.P.P., J.D.
Legal and Compliance Advisor  

   Andrew is significantly experienced in nonprofit organizational formation, oversight, compliance, and reporting to include legal requirements and best practices. His deep understanding of various nonprofit structures allows him to recommend solutions to any hurdle in front of a nonprofit ensuring a positive public perception and compliance with 501c3 tax exempt status.
